The brief
TUS — Turkey's medical specialization exam — is one of the hardest in the country. TusAI set out to give students AI-assisted preparation backed by real coaching, not a chatbot wrapper. That meant a real product: study tools for students, a way for coaches to actually coach, and an admin layer to run all of it.
What we built
A full ecosystem on one engineering base. Students get a web app and a mobile experience. Coaches get a dedicated panel to manage and serve their students. The team gets an admin platform to run the operation. Payments, roles and access are built in — everything the ecosystem needs to operate, not a demo.
How it works
Three roles — student, coach, admin — each with its own surface and permissions, on a shared, type-safe foundation. AI features sit inside the product where they create value, with the data and guardrails to be genuinely useful. It ships as a PWA so students reach it anywhere.
Where it is now
Live, with 550+ students using it, recommended by real doctors and run by real TUS coaches. From the first interview to production, one studio owned the work end to end.
